Shipping

We ship to addresses in the United States. Shipping is $4.99 on orders under $50 and free on orders of $50 or more (after discounts).

Our products ship from partner warehouses, so delivery time depends on the item. Items from US warehouses usually arrive in about 1 week, and other items usually arrive in 1 to 2 weeks. Every product page shows its estimated delivery time. You'll get tracking by email once your order ships, and orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages.

Returns and refunds

Damaged, defective or wrong item: email support@loyalpaws.store within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, and you don't need to send the item back.

Order never arrived: if it hasn't arrived within 6 weeks, or tracking shows it was lost, we'll reship it or refund you.

Change of mind: because items ship directly from partner warehouses, we can't accept returns for change of mind or a wrong size ordered.

Cancellations: cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund.
