Shipping policy

Where we ship: We currently ship to addresses in the United States. Some items can't ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses; if that applies, it's noted on the product page.

Shipping cost: $4.99 flat rate on orders under $50. Free shipping on orders of $50 or more (after discounts).

Processing time: Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days. The delivery estimates below include this.

Delivery time: Our products ship from partner warehouses in different locations, so delivery time depends on the item. Every product page shows its own estimate:

  • U.S. warehouse items: usually arrive in about 1 week from ordering.
  • All other items: usually arrive in 1 to 2 weeks from ordering.

If your order has more than one item, it may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Late or missing orders: If your order hasn't arrived within 6 weeks, or tracking shows a problem, email us at support@loyalpaws.store and we'll make it right.
